1. Information We Do Not Collect

We believe in privacy by design. Our application is designed to operate with minimal data collection:

• We do not create user accounts on our servers.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• We do not store your campaign data on our servers.

2. Third-Party Services (Bring Your Own Key)

This application functions as a client for third-party AI services. When you input your API keys (OpenAI or Google Gemini), you are interacting directly with those providers:

• OpenAI: When using an OpenAI key, your text and voice inputs are sent to OpenAI. Please review the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini: When using a Google API key, your data is processed by Google. Please review the Google Privacy Policy.
• Serper.dev: If the AI performs a web search on your behalf, query terms are sent to Serper.dev.

3. Data Storage

• Local Storage: All game data, including campaign logs, journals, and configuration files, is stored locally on your device in the storage folder you select.
• Cloud Backup: If you choose to enable Google Drive Sync features, your data is stored in your own personal Google Drive account. The developer has no access to this data.

4. Data Retention

The developer collects no user data. Data retention policies regarding the AI interactions are governed by the terms of service of the third-party API providers (OpenAI or Google) associated with the API keys you provide.

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers (if applicable).

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
